I was always on my phone, reading comments, posts or fan fiction. While I had no time for my hobbies like cooking, make-up, book reading, it was also affecting my sleep pattern. So I decided to quit my social accounts. Today, I’m actually away from all the negativity.

It can be a book, a person or a trip. It’s definitely healthy to get over that caged digital feeling once in a while and interact with the inner you.
