Big November wedding for Deepika, Ranveer

After months of speculation regarding their wedding, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took everyone by surprise by announcing their wedding date on social media, on Sunday late afternoon.

The announcement note, which was released in Hindi and English, reads, “With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness. Lots of love, Deepika and Ranveer.”

While the couple hasn’t revealed any details about the wedding, including the destination, speculations are that they will get hitched in Italy. Of late, talks have also been rife about Deepika shopping for her wedding with her mother Ujjala and sister Anisha.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela will complete five years. It was the couple’s first movie together, and they supposedly started dating on the sets of the same film.
