‘I prefer a complete vegan diet’ Back to the college days
Which is the one breakfast food that you must have? Breakfast food has to include nuts, whether I am eating oats or multigrain cheela, I need to have walnuts and almonds.
One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?
Chocolates. I am sticking to low sugar vegan chocolates, but it is my guilty pleasure.
How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?
I enjoy doing outdoor activities. I don’t live a sedentary lifestyle at all; I workout too. I ensure that I eat right, and workout is a way of life for me.
Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain?
Mini meals do not work for me at all. I eat wholesome meals on time.
A diet plan that always works for you?
I prefer a complete vegan diet. It works best on my body, easy to digest too and I just feel more at ease once eaten.
Do you work out at home? What are the exercises you follow? Do you prefer outdoor or indoor physical activity?
It all depends on where I am. If I am travelling, I stay at a hotel which has a gym. In case there is none, then I go for walks or runs or do a little bit of yoga or swim. I do not compromise on my workout at all. I am a complete outdoor activity person.
Which are your favourite physical activities?
I absolutely love swimming.
What goes into my body has to feel good. If I do eat anything like maida and junk, even if I don’t go fat, I know it’s not good for me. So, I don’t like that guilt and hence, I
eat right.
