Hopes are what will live on…
As we are in the unlock, I consider that we are now learning how to live with all the precautions in this pandemic. However, from the spread of coronavirus to the long-long lockdown and now the unlock phase, whatever happened was unprecedented and quite unpredictable too. But as it is, we are humans and we evolve with time. Adapting to this Covid-19 crisis was somewhat psychological.
In the beginning of lockdown, as for me being an outgoing person, it was immensely boring to stay at home throughout the day. But, having so much of free time, I thought of utilising it and working on my interest and hobbies. The first thing I started was working out and doing yoga to get in a better shape. Cooking was another thing that I learnt while staying indoor.
Books became my companion throughout this lockdown. National Geographic answer book, Encyclopedia and fiction novels, I enjoyed reading them all. All these things and especially the Internet deserve the credit for fighting away my boredom.
Although, as we are in the unlock phase now and everything is getting back to normal, still we need to take precautionary measures and stay attentive towards health.
One needs to understand that its not about one person. After one person gets infected he/she puts their family and a large community at risk.
Hopes are what will live on and hopes are what took us all the way through the starting and to the unlocking of the lockdown. And now, I’m hoping to get back to my normal life as soon as possible.
