Last year was like a roller-coaster ride for me. From highs to lows, in terms of work and personal life, it was a lot,” confesses actor Nikki Tamboli.
Tamboli, who has had a great run professionally, having starred in two popular reality shows, suffered a blow in her personal life, as her brother passed away in May.
“Too much happened. Maine bahut kuch dekha hai. We were trying to accept the reality of my brother’s death. I wasn’t able to sleep at night, and then the news of (actor) Sidharth (Shukla’s death) understanding that there’s a need to inspire and uplift one another after the second wave of Covid-19, Hindustan Times’ flagship radio network, Fever FM, is creating a digital confluence featuring the most inspirational and influential new-age icons.

We are all in shock. I can’t and don’t want to talk about him. When I do, it disturbs me a lot. We are all trying to cope. I am unable to sleep at night and all of this feels like a dream,” she ends.
