Actor Pragya Jaiswal, who is fully vaccinated, has tested positive for Covid-19 for the second time. Just last week, Jaiswal came back to Mumbai after wrapping up the shoot of her upcoming Telugu film, Akhanda. Ask her if she contracted the virus on the sets or while travelling, Jaiswal says, “I am not sure... I was on the go for the last 10-15 days.”

Jaiswal, who will soon be seen alongside actor Salman Khan in Antim: The Final Truth, informs that she is “doing much better now” and adds that she is not scared to go back to the set after she fully recovers. “I will make sure I’m following all the safety precautions even more going forward,” she shares.

The actor also adds that the vaccine does protect one against severe symptoms of the infection. “I am speaking from experience. My symptoms this time are much milder than last time. I would strongly urge everyone to get vaccinated and not take the virus for granted,” she concludes.

Nora Fatehi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a ₹200 crore money laundering probe against Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Actor Jacqueline Fernandez is likely to join the investigation today.

Nia Sharma has been in a celebratory mode over the last few weeks. Not only did she recently move into a new house and throw a housewarming party for it, but the party for her 31st birthday lasted all night. Completing a decade in showbiz, the actor is content with how her life has turned out till now.

“I haven’t achieved all I want to but I like my growth. It feels amazing,” shares Sharma, who values living in the moment and staying positive, especially in light of the tough times everyone has been through since 2020. “We are always running, chasing goals, but now is the time to appreciate ourselves and how far we have come. I want people to enjoy their successes,” she elaborates.

Looking back at her journey, Sharma admits her goal was never to become an actor. “I never dreamt that 10 years later, I’d have a house in Mumbai. My goal was to be an independent working woman... Now I am living a life I never imagined. Making my mum happy makes me feel like I’ve achieved something in life,” shares the actor, whose recent outing in a music video Do Ghoont saw her in a sexy avatar.

Sharma notes that there are so many more options for actors to earn now, besides just film and TV shows. “I am busy every other day. I have digital projects, ads, music videos... It is fun to be out there,” she concludes.
