35 IAS, 50 PCS officers shifted
LUCKNOW: In a major administrative reshuffle, the state government transferred 35 IAS and 50 PCS officers on Thursday.
Secretary, health and family welfare, Murli Manohar Lal has been appointed divisional commissioner, Devipatan. Principal secretary, foodsafety and drug administration (FSDA), Hemant Rao has been relieved from the responsibility of commissioner, FSDA. Secretary, basic education, Ashish Kumar Goel has been appointed commissioner, FSDA. He has been given the additional charge of MD, UP Bhumi Sudhar Nigam.
Special secretary, finance Subesh Kumar Ojha has been appointed Director, Information. Special secretary, basic education, Govind Raju NS will take over as special secretary, higher education. Secretary, PWD, Ajay Kumar Singh has been made secretary, basic education. Special secretary, higher education, Gauri Shankar Priyadarshi will now take over as special secretary, basic education and project director, Education for All.
Director, Social welfare, Markandey Shahi has been appointed special secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner cell. The earlier transfer of Vijay Bahadur Singh as commissioner, Devipatan, has been amended and he will now take over as director, social welfare. Special secretary, irrigation, Bhawani Singh Khagraut has been made special secretary, rural development while special secretary, micro, small and medium industry, Arvind Kumar Singh will be the new director (administration), medical and health services.
Divisional commissioner, Lucknow and principal secretary, infrastructure and industrial development, Mahesh Gupta has been appointed commissioner of Jhansi division. He will replace K Rammohan Rao who will take over as secretary, health and family welfare.
Dhanlaxmi K who was on wait list has been appointed secretary, revenue. DM Farrukhabad, Anurag Patel has been made special secretary, APC cell. DM, Sonebahdra, Chandra Bhusan Singh will go to Farrukhabad in the same capacity.
MD, UP Agro, Vedpati Mishra will take over as special secretary, rural development and has also been given the additional charge of commissioner, rural housing. MD, state handicraft corporation and UPICA, Manmohan Chaudhary has been appointed CEO, Khadi and Rural Industries Board.
Ram Kewal who was on the wait list has been appointed special secretary, APC cell. Chief development officer, Mainpuri, Deepak Meena will join in the same capacity in Saharanpur. Joint magistrate, Muzaffarnagar, Ujjawal Kumar has been appointed CDO, Mainpuri.
Joint magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri, Ankit Kumar Agarwal has been made CDO, Muzaffarnagar. Ambedkar Nagar CDO Mannan Akhtar will join in Gorakhpur in the same capacity. Joint magistrate, Aligarh, Praveen Kumar Lakskar has been made CDO, Lalitpur.
Joint Magistrate, Kanpur, Amit Singh Bansla has been appointed CDO, Lakhimpur Kheri while joint magistrate, Bareilly, Prashant Sharma will go to Lucknow as CDO. Joint Magistrate, Lucknow, Arun Kumar has been appointed CDO, Kanpur while joint magistrate, Hardoi, Sanjeev Singh will take over as CDO, Unnao.
Joint magistrate, Jhansi, Yeshu Rastogi will join as CDO, Gonda while joint magistrate, Unnao, Jasjit Kaur will join as CDO, Bulandshahr. Joint magistrate, Saharanpur, C Indumati has been made CDO, Fatehpur.
Joint magistrate, Mathura, Chandra Vijay Singh has been made CDO, Banda. Joint magistrate, Allahabad, TK Shibu will take over as CDO, Hardoi, while joint magistrate, Lalitpur, A Dinesh Kumar will take over as CDO, Chitrakoot. Joint magistrate, Saharanpur, Vibha Chahal will be the new CDO, Rae Bareli.
Among the PCS officers, CDO, Lucknow, Umesh Mishra has been shifted as registrar, King George’s Medical University (KGMU). ADM (administration) , Lucknow, Rajesh Kumar Pandey will take over as additional director, social welfare. ADM (supply) Lucknow, Anil Kumar Singh will be the new ADM (administration), Lucknow. He will be replaced by ADM (revenue), Amethi, Surya Narayan Yadav has been appointed ADM (supply), Lucknow.
