UP govt transfers 24 IAS, 4 PCS officers

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle the state government on Monday transferred 24 IAS and four PCS officers including three divisional commissioners.

Subash Chandra Sharma, secretary medical and family welfare has been asked to take over as the new divisional commissioner of Aligarh.

Anil Kumar –I, secretary board of revenue and IG stamps and registration goes as divisional commissioner of Gorakhpur. PV Jagan Mohan, member (judicial) Revenue Board becomes divisional commissioner of Basti.

Mukesh Meshram, who held the charge of commissioner entertainment and trade tax, has been divested of the entertainment tax department. Shraddha Mishra, mid-day meal authority, becomes the new entertainment tax commissioner. Dinesh Kumar Singh-I secretary revenue has been given the additional charge of relief commissioner.

NS Ravi director general of Deen Dayal institute of rural development has been posted as principal secretary of secretariat administration department. The transfer of Nina Sharma as divisional commissioner of Azamgarh has been cancelled and now she has been posted as commissioner and director of industries department. Nelam Ahlawat, secretary cultural affairs has been posted as commissioner Azamgarh. Dr Hari Om, holding the dual charge of commissioner consolidation department and secretary OBCs welfare department has been divested of the OBCs welfare department and given the charge of the secretary and director cultural affairs department.

Mohd Ifteqarrudin, commissioner Kanpur division and managing director, UP Finance Development Corporation has been eased of UPFDC charge. Jaishree Bhoj, vice chairman Kanpur development authority (KDA) takes over as MD UPFDC.

Sukhlal Bharti MD, state handloom corporation would hold additional charge of special secretary, handloom and textile department.

DM Bulandshaher Shubra Saxena has been transferred as special secretary to higher education department. Ananjneya Kumar Singh special secretary, irrigation and water resources would be the new DM of Bulandshaher.

Ajay Kumar Singh-II, special secretary, higher education department takes over as director, technical education. Rakesh Kumar Singh II director cane institute and MD sugar corporation has been made vice chairman of Hapur-Pilakhuwa development authority. Rajesh Kumar II vice chairman Meerut development authority has been shifted in the same capacity to Moradabad. Sheetal Verma, who was wait-listed becomes special secretary in finance department. Avindash Kumar, joint magistrate, Gonda has been moved in the same capacity to Varanasi. Wait-listed Jagdish becomes special secretary, secretariat administration.
