An official of the state told HT – “We have already called for a representation from their side as rules are yet to be framed. Only the law is notified. Every demand that is genuine will be accepted. However, those clinics that fleece patients in absence of regulation will not be permitted to do that forever. Principal secretary (health), Arvind Kumar will come back from leave after July 29. He has been asked to take up the matter on priority basis by chief secretary, Deepak Singhal.”
