GOLD AND SILVER RECOVERED

Cops arrested Dayashanker Tewari, a native of Pratapgarh, from Polytechnic crossing here on Friday while Manju Chauhan was at large. But the police did manage to recover the gold and silver from Manju’s residence in Pallavpuram area of Meerut. When the Ghazipur police reached Manju’s address on Thursday, she was not present in the house and all the things there were found packed. However, her two daughters and son were present there. Cops came to know that Manju was a tenant and was about to vacate the house.
