BUNDELKHAND TO LUCKNOW YATRA

Jignesh Mevani on Friday announced he will soon lead a yatra from Bundelkhand to Lucknow to demand safeguarding of farmers and the Constitution. The 35-year-old lawyer-turnedpolitician, who was speaking at an interaction programme here, said he would take the agitation against the injustice meted out to Dalits “to each and every corner of the country”. Referring to the plight of farmers, he said the situation was “very bad” in Bundelkhand region and he would soon take out another yatra from there to Lucknow to highlight their problems.
