HC grants bail to ex-MLA in NHRM scam

The Allahabad High Court on Friday granted conditional bail to former MLA Ram Prasad Jaiswal in National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam. The court has directed Jaiswal to deposit 50 lakh each in two cases of NRHM before the CBI court at Ghaziabad within two months. Disposing of the bail application filed by Jaiswal, justice Arun Tandon directed that if he failed to fulfill the conditions, he would not be released on bail.
