Nine more children die due to AES in 48 hrs

GORAKHPUR: Nine more children died of Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) at Baba Raghav Das Medical (BRD) College in the last 48 hours thus taking the death toll to 240 since January this year. Meanwhile, 14 new patients were admitted to the hospital for treatment. The deceased have been identified as Yuvraj,1, Soni,1, Brij Mohan,3, Chandan,3, Rehan, 7, Srishti,5, Pinki,6, Anjani13 and Anshika, 11 months.
