Anjali elected president of Navyug Students’ Council

Anjali Singh, student of BA (III) was elected president of the Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya Students’ Council on Thursday. Singh bagged 1244 votes. Singh defeated Gurmeet Kaur by a margin of 55 votes. For three posts of vice presidents, Priya Yadav (BSc III), Anamika Singh and Pooja Varma of BA (II) were elected. Parul Tewari (BA II) was elected secretary and for three posts of joint secretary Shruti Singh, Chhavi Sharma, both of B Com (I) and Anshika Yadav of BA (II) year were the winners. After declaration of results, Prof Neeraj Gupta administered oath of office to members of the Students’ Council.
