CASES FILED AGAINST 2 NOMINEES

A case was registered against SP candidate from Agra North, Atul Garg, at New Agra police station while another case was registered against Peace Party candidate from Agra Cantt, Rakesh Kumar. These two cases were the outcome of sting operation by a TV channel during election where these two candidates were found giving statements in violation of code of conduct.A similar case was registered against Rakesh Kumar for offering bribe, threatening and booth capturing, said returning officer for Agra Cantt, Rajneesh Mishra.
