‘Improve Rae Bareli’s power supply’

RAE BARELI: Senior BJP leader Ajai Agrawal has written a letter to UP energy minister Shrikant Sharma for improving the power supply to Rae Bareli. In the letter released to local correspondents, he has raised the issue of non-implementation of part II of R-APDRP (restructured accelerated power development and reforms programme) in Rae Bareli. The scheme was provided under the 11th five year plan and was to be implemented in Rae Bareli from 2010-2011. The budget sanctioned for the scheme in 2010 was Rs 26.13 cr. Agrawal has requested the minister to revise the budget too.
