Court issues notice to CBI over charge sheet against Virbhadra, kin

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Monday issued a notice to the CBI on a plea of Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh’s wife over the charge sheet filed against the couple in a disproportionate assets (DA) case. In her plea, Pratibha Singh alleged that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did not follow the due process of law during investigation and sought that the charge sheet filed against the couple in the case should not be taken cognizance of.
