BHANDARA ON BADA MANGAL
LUCKNOW: On the auspicious occasion of the second Bada Mangal, a grand ‘bhandara’ was organised by the UP Zila Manyata Prapt Patrakar Association at the main entrance of Information and Public Relations department in the state capital on Tuesday. Several senior politicians, social workers, educationists, senior officials, journalists and eminent personalities of the city gathered on the occasion to distribute as well as receive prasad. Earlier, principal secretary, information, UP, Awanish Awasthi, commenced the prasad distribution. Shrikant Sharma, Uttar Pradesh power minister; Rita Bahuguna Joshi, minister of state for women and family welfare; Ramapati Shastri, minister, social welfare and SC and ST welfare; Suresh Pasi, state minister, housing, commercial education and skill development; Pramod Tiwari, Member of Parliament; Arvind Kumar, IAS, principal secretary, home; Dr Anil Kumar Pathak, IAS; Sudhesh Kumar Ojha, IAS and many others were present to attend the event.
