‘Each part of my career in banking has added to my learning curve’
Gaurav Chatterjee, 40, works as a zonal acquisition manager in Kotak Mahindra bank. He is currently working in liability acquisition, i.e. current account and saving account acquisition. The role is to engage with the customers and visit 200 branches under him across Maharashtra and Goa.
Mondays usually involve examining analytics reports in the zonal branch and charting out an action plan. Tuesday to Friday involve branch visits and client visits. Saturday is usually reserved for reviews or planning for the next week.
“Each part has added to my learning curve and I look forward to work in different divisions of the bank since Kotak really allows that freedom,” says Chatterjee.
