With over 35 years of experience in the career counselling space, Malhotra has published more than 35 books on careers. She is also a regular columnist in national newspapers and has done over 1000 TV shows across channels on careers and education. She is a popular speaker at forums in India and abroad.

What next: Malhotra aims to become a subject-specific expert. The role of a career counsellor was never as important as it is now, she says; with the threat of automation and artificial intelligence looming across sectors, the nature of jobs will see a massive and rapid overhaul over the coming years.
