OLD AGE HOME MANAGER RAPES WOMAN
The administrator of an old age home in Ganga Nagar area in Meerut was arrested for raping a woman on Saturday. The issue surfaced when the rape survivor contacted the district probationary officer, social welfare department, Sudhakar Sharan Pandey who reached the old age home with station house officer, Omveer Singh, and rescued her. The woman said she reached the old age home on June 15. She alleged that administrator Deepak Joshi intoxicated and raped her on Saturday. The accused, who was arrested later in the night, denied allegations against him.
