Citybased educator’s book on NLP for teachers

City-based educator, Dheeraj Mehrotra has published his book ‘NLP For Teachers’, with innovation in education as the central theme. NLP stands for neuro linguistic programmin­g, an excellence model of communicat­ion developed in the US.

Mehrotra, who has already earned a place in the India Book of Records for developing a number of apps, initiated the cause of quality mantras and practices of NLP. The author claimed that his book is the only one on NLP for teachers by any Indian author and is expected to empower teachers towards wow teaching scenario within classrooms.

The book was launched by Mahiepala Herath, chief minister of Sabaragamu­wa Province, Sri Lanka and Garry Arathoon, chief executive and secretary, Council for The Indian School Certificat­e Examinatio­ns, New Delhi during the inaugurati­on of the 20th Internatio­nal Convention on Students Quality Circles in Sabaragamu­wa Province, Sri Lanka recently.

The book empowers teachers to rediscover the power of teaching via human excellence towards quality literacy for all.

Mehrotra is a national teacher awardee based in Lucknow. He has developed more than 100 android educationa­l apps for students, teachers and parents on one common platform.

Mehrotra says he is the first educationi­st in the country to have developed over 100 educationa­l apps for Google Playstore.
