Test on Oct 4, application process begins today

LUCKNOW: The entrance test for Combined Pre Ayush Test (CPAT) 2017 is proposed to be held on October 4, 2017 from 1 pm to 4 pm. There shall be negative marking in the written test.

The online application form for CPAT-2017 will be available on the website www.lkouniv.ac.in and www.cpatup2017.in from 3 pm on September 12, 2017, said Prof Naveen Khare, state cordinator for CPAT 2017.

The cost of the form is Rs 2,000 for General and OBC applicants while SC and ST applicants will have to pay Rs 1,000. The fee can be paid by net banking, debit and credit cards only.

The last date for registration and fee submission will be September 25, 2017. The University of Lucknow has been given the responsibility to conduct the CPAT-2017 by the state government. For filling the application form, the candidates are required to have the Aadhar Card, valid email ID, active mobile number, scanned copy of passport size photo, scanned signature and right thumb impression.

General and OBC candidates should be between 17 years and 25 years of age to be eligible for applying. There is relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates in upper age limit.

Candidates are required to check the entries made at each step before final submission of application form. The candidates have to print their complete application form and fee receipt.
