Five tourists from AP killed, 10 injured in TN accident

A speeding lorry hit a stationary bus from the back, killing five passengers from Andhra Pradesh who had stepped off and were standing next to the bus, police here said on Saturday. Ten people were injured, some of them seriously, in the accident that took place on the national highway in Palayamkottai. The group was travelling from Andhra Pradesh to Kanyakumari. The driver halted the bus in the morning to enable some passengers to use the toilet.
