Griefstricken snake expert lets mamba bite him
NEWDELHI: A Russian snake expert filmed himself dying and broadcast it live after he allegedly let his pet black mamba bite his hand.
Arslan Valeev, a former zoo employee, showed viewers the snake bite on his hand during the live stream.
In a previous video on September 21, Valeev had spoke about being heartbroken over his break-up with wife Ekaterina ‘Katya’ Pyatyzhkina. He had reportedly beaten her up after accusing her of cheating on him.
In the live streamed video, he tells his audience in Russian: “Pass on to Katya that I loved her very much,” before moving his hand towards the camera.
“Beautiful, isn’t it? Oh, damn, how it… Bye to everyone… I can’t believe it is happening to me…,” a metro.co.uk report translated him as saying in the video. Later, the former zoo employee read out his ex-wife’s phone number into the camera, before adding, “I’m already dying. Farewell. I would be glad to see Katya. Damn, I’m shaking.”
In the video, Arslan’s health can be seen deteriorating. His breath quickens and his bloodshot eyes start rolling as he shows his bleeding, almost paralysed hands. But he stands up and walks off the screen.
At least one viewer called an ambulance, which later arrived and rushed him to hospital, but medics were unable to save him, reported the Daily Mail.
Earlier this month, Valeev publicly apologised to his ex-wife.
