PANCHSHEEL HOUSING PROJECT

LUCKNOW : The LDA will start handing over the flats at its Panchsheel housing project in Vikalp Khand, Gomti Nagar, by the end of this year. The LDA has constructed 584 flats under the scheme. Out of this, 192 are in the EWS category, 176 in the LIG category and 108 each are two BHK (Bed Room Hall and Kitchen) and two BHK with study room. The LDA, however, has decided to handover the EWS and the LIG flats first to allottees. “The allotment process will start by the end of this year. We will start the allotment process with the EWS and the LIG flats first,” said Chakresh Jain, executive engineer, LDA, who is incharge of project.
