YOGENDRA NARAIN CONFERRED PAUL H APPLEBY AWARD
LUCKNOW: Retired IAS officer of UP cadre, Yogendra Narain, has been conferred this year’s Dean Paul H Appleby award for distinguished service to IIPA and to the public administration in the country. The award was given by Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu at the 63rd annual Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) conference held in New Delhi recently.
