their point
Lucknow has grown significantly in the past two decades. We have to follow ethics of city planning. We need to restore the sewerage infrastructure, design smaller STPs for new settlements and increase green cover. Besides, all public ghats should be restored to have a better access to the Gomti. Apart from Metro rail, we need to encourage public transport, and make it more affordable and public friendly.

Citizens face a number of issues that may look ordinary. MLAs/ MPs are usually not accessible. In such a scenario, one can reach out to corporators and mayor with their problems. Though the mayoral seat in Lucknow is reserved for women candidates, it will be interesting to see how they function without the influence of their husbands.
