15 persons booked for attack on private hospital staff

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A case has been registered against 15 persons in connection with an alleged attack on a doctor and five other staff of a private hospital here. The accused were identified and will soon be arrested, police said. A group of persons on Sunday had brought an injured man to Attukal Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and demanded that he be examined immediately. Alleging delay in attending to the patient, they had attacked a doctor and some hospital staff, including nurses, the hospital claimed.
