The girl was raped again, this time by a motorcyclist, who assured her help after she was abandoned by the two rapists.

Additional superintendent of police (ASP), East, Sarvesh Mishra said the incident came to light when some locals spotted the girl loitering alone around Saturday midnight and informed cops at Bijnore police outpost.

The girl then narrated the entire incident to police, after which her family was informed, he added.

The police have arrested the motorcyclist, Virendra Yadav of Banthra, after registering an FIR under IPC section 376-D of gang rape and section of 5G/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, while the two other accused identified as Shubham and Sumit are still at large.

The girl told cops that Shubham and Sumit met her when she had gone to an eatery near her house in Sarojininagar at around 5 pm.

She said they offered her lift on their motorcycle but took her to a deserted place and raped her after holding captive for about six hours.

The girls told police that the duo later dumped her on the roadside after threatening her with dire consequences if she reported the matter to police.

The girl further said that when she was waiting on the roadside for help, Virendra Yadav stopped his motorcyclist and promised to drop her home. On the way, she shared her ordeal with Yadav. “But he took her to a deserted spot and raped her. He fled leaving her at the spot,” police said.

The girl’s parents said she is suffering from the life threatening disease for past four years and undergoing treatment in Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences here.

“As she is seriously sick, we try not to refuse any of her demands and so allowed her to go to the eatery, as she wished,” they said.
