Local teams in boys hockey semi-finals
LUCKNOW : All three local outfits Sports Hostel, Sports College and Lucknow made it to the semi-finals of the state sub-junior boys hockey tournament, notching up convincing wins. Sports Hostel beat Mirzapur 8-1, Sports College beat Varanasi 6-0, and Lucknow beat Allahabad 11-1. Saifai Hostel too made it to the semi-finals, trouncing Varanasi Hostel 5-0.
