FAN PERFORMS SRIDEVI’S ‘TERAHVI’ IN KAUSHAMBI
ALLAHABAD: A fan of Bollywood actor Sridevi performed her ‘terahvi’ – the 13th day rituals after death as per Hindu tradition— in his native village in Kaushambi on Monday. The fan, Shivpujan, made preparations for ‘terahvi’ and invited people through invitation card circulated on WhatsApp. He also got his head shaven as required in the ritual. “I have been a fan of Sridevi since childhood and was shocked to receive the news of her death in Dubai on February 24. I decided to perform her ‘terahvi’ with the help of my friends,” he said.
