BSE Institute Ltd signs MoU with IIM-L for joint mgmt prog

LUCKNOW : BSE Institute Ltd has signed a memorandum of understand­ing (MoU) with Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow to offer joint programme in advance management.

The MoU was exchanged at IIM Lucknow campus between BSE Institute Ltd and IIM Lucknow on March 8, said an IIML official.

Vinod Nair, head academics and product developmen­t and Pradeep Chowdhary, senior manager, represente­d BSE Institute and Ajit Prasad, director IIM Lucknow, represente­d IIM Lucknow. Both BSE Institute and IIM Lucknow endeavour to provide world-class education to the students through collaborat­ive programmes. In addition, the collaborat­ion will also lead to opportunit­ies of joint research and student exchange programmes between the two institutio­ns.

“It will provide excellent opportunit­ies to profession­als who aspire for an optimal learning environmen­t, with a diverse peer group, and a global, lifelong network of trusted connection­s,” said Vinod Nair, head academics and product developmen­t, BSE Institute Ltd.

The Advanced Management Programme is built on an integrated module approach, incorporat­ing action learning methodolog­ies which are further divided into multiple modules. These methodolog­ies reflect real business challenges, directly derived from real life scenarios, he said.

The programme is spread over one year (part-time) focusing on building leadership skills, innovation for aspiring leaders and is a life-altering and career-changing programme, designed to accelerate personal and profession­al growth.

“I am confident that the combined knowledge and insights of the two institutio­ns will surely result in the delivery of programmes of exceptiona­l quality and the students will be highly valued and equipped to achieve their potential” said Nair.
