RBD workers get heads shaved for Ram Temple cause

-

AGRA A day before the arrival of senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the city, the activists of newly found Rashtriya Bajrang Dal (RBD) got their heads shaved at the gates of Shaheed Smarak here on Wednesday to remind them about the promises made for construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

The city unit president of the RBD Govind Parashar claimed that efforts would be made to present the shaved hair to BJP president Amit Shah to remind him about promise of constructing the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Amit Shah and chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath will be present in the city on Thursday.

Shah would interact with party office-bearers from almost half the state to take stock of prep- arations for the 2019 Lok Sabha election.

“Ram Temple in Ayodhya seems to have lost priority like other issues. The government in Centre is more focused on GST, demonetisation, triple talaq etc. while sidelining Ram Temple and thus restlessness is growing among people and could prove dear to BJP in the forthcoming elections,” said Parashar.

“RBD workers would make an attempt to offer the shaved hair to Amit Shah to remind him about promise made for constructing Ram Temple in Ayodhya,” claimed Parashar.

The outfit Rashtriya Bajrang Dal is associated with Antarrashtriya Hindu Parishad (AHP) recently constituted by Praveen Togadia.
