Monday, the residents have alleged that sub-standard construction material was used by the builder.
The residents have also accused the builder of making three additional floors illegally over the structure.
Reportedly, the project started over a decade ago but continued to have the ‘under construction’ tag from the LDA.
“The builder has openly flouted rules and the LDA officials have not taken any action against him. This has made the building more vulnerable,” said Alok.
“We want the LDA to examine the structure and take strict action against the builder,” he added.
According to senior LDA officials, the complaint from the residents is being looked into.
The Delhi-based builder could not be reached for a comment.
