Paramhans’ dream of a Ram temple will be fulfilled: CM
LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday stated that time had come to fulfil dream of late Mahant of Digambar akhara Ramchandra Das Paramhans, that of construction of a Ram mandir.
The CM was in Ayodhya to attend the 15th death anniversary of Mahant Ramchandra Das Paramhans at Digambar akhara. Paramhans is considered as the doyen of the Ram Mandir movement.
Addressing a gathering of saints, the CM said: “Paramhans ji was closely associated with the Goraksh Peeth, Gorakhpur, and me. His contribution in the Ram mandir movement will be remembered forever.”
“Time has come to fulfil his dream of constructing a Ram mandir,” said the CM.
On the occasion, the CM exhorted people to work for betterment of the state and to bring Ramrajya here.
The CM also took the opportunity to remind people that from August 15 complete ban on plastic will be enforced all across the state.
Later, the CM also inaugurated a state-of-art Narayan Ram Gaushala at Udasin Rishi Ashram at Ranopali.
Addressing saints here, the CM said: “After the BJP came to power in the state, all slaughter houses were closed.”
“Now, cows are roaming on streets. For rehabilitation of cows all district magistrates have been instructed to take adequate measures,” said the CM.
