Cost of preparation for firstclass season to be paid by BCCI
WHAT BCCI WILL GIVE
▪ 4 administrators: One in finance, one cricket operations and two in logistics
▪ 4 ground staff: One head curator, one maintenance manager, two curators.
▪ Ground equipment: To be maintained by the BCCI.
▪ 6: For each state, the BCCI is providing six coaches, six trainers and six physios. (The salaries for the first year will be paid by the BCCI).
THE HOME VENUES
▪ Arunachal Pradesh: Goalpara, Salmara and Mangaldoi in Assam as home base.
▪ Sikkim: KIIT University ground, Vikas School ground (Bhubaneswar).
Alternate venues for states which will play at home Mizoram: Jorhat and Dibrugarh; Nagaland: Dimapur & Golaghat; Meghalaya already has two grounds; Manipur: Alternate venue in Surat.

▪ Arunachal: Gursharan Singh (Eligibility criteria: BCCI Level C coach or must have played 50 first-class matches)
CRITERIA FOR PLAYERS
Outstation players: Deadline is September 15. They have to get an NOC from the state they were registered with last season and an acceptance letter. Local players: By birth/bonafide residents at least a year/ bonafide student for at least a year/bonafide employee in that state for at least a year.
