RASHTRADHARAM BIGGEST RELIGION, SAYS CM

-

GORAKHPUR : Hitting hard at separatism, naxalism and terrorism, chief minister Yogi Adityanath asked school children to beware of divisive forces and remain united in the interest of the country. The Chief Minister, who is on a two-day visit to Gorakhpur, was addressing school children at Pratap Narayan Singh Janta Inter College, Sonvarsa. Later, he laid foundation stone of ITI at Jangal Kaudia.

“Beware those who divide the society and country in the name of area, caste, language and religion. Remember Rashtradharm is the biggest religion,” he exhorted the school children.

Chief minister Yogi stressed on teaching Rashtradharam to children. “We need to make our country free from terrorism, naxalism, separatism, corruption and anarchy and it will be possible when we will give preference to Rashtradharam in our education system. Education should be practical and should promote nationalism,” he added.

“During the last visit to Varanasi with PM Modi, I got a chance to understand his education policy at close quarters. Prime Minister Modi believes that discipline is necessary in education and in the lack of discipline anarchy will exist and we can’t expect good things in anarchy,” he said.

While describing the education policies of former president APJ Abdul Kalam and Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Yogi asked the students to be attentive towards their health. “Today, the country is remembering Sardar vallabh Bhai Patel who united 568 princely states and laid the foundation of present day India,” he said.

Chief minister Yogi also described Prime Minister Modi’s book ‘Exam Warriors’ and asked the college to keep at least one copy in the college library.
