Stop the spread & embrace personal evolution

I’m a person who always wants to be future ready. I have an ability to sustain through unpredictable times. But the corona pandemic that took the entire world by storm caught me all unawares. I feel none of us could have been prepared for this kind of crisis that shook the entire human race.

So here I was clueless and static for first time in my life because I have no idea what could be the best possible action in this situation.

My days in isolation started with a thought to look for the positive side to this grim situation.

When the world was normal we all were a part of mob culture, following the same routine and desperately seeking a break to stay home. And here we had days to just slow down and rest. This was the biggest positive aspect of the lockdown. Soon I could personally see myself evolving because I was doing things I had never done before as was busy running the rat race. My grandmother always suggested me to read the holy scripts but I never got time to do so and this lockdown I did read them and what a difference I saw in myself as person.

Cooking and meditation both were a big no for me but when actually did try them; I enjoyed every bit of it. I never thought I would cook and come up with eight different recipes.

Meditating gave that peace of mind I always looked for in the outside world.

Then being able to spend quality time with family and friends is a golden opportunity for all us who otherwise are heads down in work.

So overall this is an opportunity to be home, break the chain of virus spread and embrace personal evolution.
