MEMBER OF MUKHTAR ANSARI GANG ARRESTED BY STF

LUCKNOW: A key member in Mukhtar Ansari gang, who had a reward of ₹25000 on his head, was arrested by a team of Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force on Monday. Confirming the arrest IG STF Amitabh Yash said, “We have arrested one Sanjay Yadav, resident of Mau, for duping a scrap trader in Alambagh area of Lucknow last year. He is also an accused in murder of an advocate in Mau and several other case.” Ansari, a mafia turned politician, enjoys a great hold in Mau district and has won consecutive elections from there. Ansari is currently lodged at a jail in Punjab.
