LDA’S GUIDELINES FOR APARTMENTS

LUCKNOW : The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Monday issued Covid-19 guidelines for Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) of all multi-storeyed apartments to check the spread of the pandemic. These guidelines will be applicable for all apartments, three-storeys and above, said LDA secretary MP Singh. According to guidelines, all RWAs will have to maintain a helpdesk and make a note of all people entering the premises. The help desk will have to conduct thermal scanning of all people and provide masks. In case a resident tests positive for coronavirus, then the RWA will have to inform authorities so that the apartment can be declared a containment zone. Presidents of all RWAs will have to inform LDA on WhatsApp number 9918002678 about compliance of these guidelines.
