“I have aged parents living with me besides my two young kids, so as a precaution I had gone into self-isolation in a room within my house a day before I gave my samples for testing. As a result, I simply continued my isolation in that very room from August 5 till August 15 following the instructions given to me by the district health officials,” said the Teliyarganj resident who works as a lecturer in an intermediate college in Soraon. Eat healthy food, consume juice of citrus fruits and rest. And avoid all contact with family members for their safety. So during this period, I washed my own utensils and clothes and spent time on my mobile phone, watching TV and reading books,” adds Shailesh, who is completely fit and healthy today.
