Hollywood continues to battle Covid-19

-

Hollywood actor Hilary Duff shared on Monday that she endured severe pain due to an eye infection caused by taking too many Covid-19 tests. As per E! News, eye infections have not been reported to the CDC and other public health experts as a side effect of Covid-19 testing, hence it’s unclear what exactly caused her the situation.

Moreover, actor Jessie Cave, who is best known for her character Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter film franchise, has revealed that her two-month-old baby has tested Covid-19 positive. Cave’s baby boy Tenn is currently in an isolation room at the hospital after contracting Covid-19, with health staff paying extra attention to the case.

She posted on Instagram: “I watched the news about lockdown from an isolated room in hospital. Poor baby is covid positive. He’s okay and doing well but they are being vigilant and cautious, thankfully.” She also warned her followers about the new Covid-19 strain. “This strain is super powerful and contagious so I do hope that people take extra care in the coming weeks. Really didn’t want this to be the start of my families new year. Really didn’t want to be back in a hospital so soon after his traumatic birth,” she wrote.

Whereas, veteran talk show host Larry King, suffering from Covid-19, has been moved out of the intensive care unit at a Los Angeles hospital and is breathing on his own, a spokesman said on Monday.

King was moved to the ICU on New Year’s Eve and was receiving oxygen but is now breathing on his own, said David Theall, a spokesman for Ora Media, a production company formed by King.

The 87-year-old broadcasting legend shared a video phone call with his three sons,
