Deva Sharif will be developed, so will be Mahadeva : Yogi
LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath in Barabanki, on Wednesday said that development had never been the agenda of the SP and the BSP. For one party, Saifai’s development was everything while the other party was engaged in its own development, he said.
The CM inaugurated/laid foundation stones of development projects worth Rs 500 crores in Nawabganj, Ramnagar, and Kursi assembly constituencies of district Barabanki.
Along with laying the foundation stone of Britannia Industries limited project worth Rs 340 crore, Adityanath also inaugurated/laid the foundation stone of 186 projects worth Rs 148.8 crore.
“Whoever the criminal may be, his caste, religion, region, and language will not be asked. If he has committed a crime, he will be punished severely by bringing him within the purview of the law. In the BJP government, work was done to provide the benefits of schemes to the common man,” he said.
The CM said that the earlier governments used to make development by looking at the faces of people, but this is not the case with the BJP government. “Deva Sharif will be developed, so will be Mahadeva (in Barabanki), ” he stated.
The chief minister said that the dream of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya is being fulfilled because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Barabanki is important to us from two perspectives. First, the land of Lord Ram starts from Barabanki, this is the gate of ‘Ramraj’.”
“Also, the farmers of Barabanki have taken agriculture to new heights with their hard work. Due to his hard work, Ram Sharan, the progressive farmer here, has been awarded the Padma Shri,” said the CM.
