TOURNAMENT FORMAT

RANKING ROUND: Archers shoot 72 arrows across 70m (each arrow carries a maximum 10 points). PAIRINGS: Pairings for elimination rounds are decided according to rankings with the top ranked archer facing the 64th ranked one and so on. POINT SYSTEM: Each archer will shoot 3 arrows in a set. The winner of the set gets 2 points. If both archers log an equal score, they get 1 point each for the set. The archer who reaches 6 set points first wins. If both are tied on 5, tiebreaker of single arrow closest to the centre of the target wins. In team competition, the team that gets to 5 set points first wins.
