Muzaffarpur Dalit youth beaten, urinated upon

MUZAFFARPUR: A group of villagers badly assaulted two Dalit youths and allegedly urinated in the mouth of one of them in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. An FIR filed by the mother of one of the victims said Mukesh Thakur, husband of Utri-Paru panchayat mukhiya, and his henchmen caught her son Rajiv Kumar Paswan and his friend Munna Paswan. “The two were locked in a room and later badly beaten on the charge of stealing a motorcycle. On Thakur’s order, they also urinated in the mouth of my son,” she said.
