BCCI president, secretary and CEO ignored acknowledgement and failed to intimate state associations of e-mails sent by Lodha Committee.
BCCI secretary denied to the media that he received any information to attend a meeting with the committee on Aug 9 and said the committee had only asked for a room in a 5-star hotel.
Secretary writes to committee stating Board can’t give directions to state associations to stop elections.
In a working committee meeting on Aug 2, BCCI appoints panel headed by Justice Markandey Katju to be the single point interface with the SC Committee as well as advice and guide the Board.
On Aug 7 at a press meet Justice Katju makes several derogatory remarks about the judiciary and committee. On same day, BCCI secy writes to committee seeking deferment of Aug 9 meeting until Review Petition is decided by SC.
BCCI did not put up a notice or follow a bidding process for the broadcasting rights and title sponsorship of T20 matches in Florida.
BCCI did not mention decisions taken in working committee in the status report
Almost all items in the agenda of the BCCI AGM on Sept 21, including the naming of the selection committees and election of the secretary are in violation of the directions given by SC Committee on Aug 31 to limit decisions only to ‘routine matters’ for year 2015-2016.
