Cong replaces Geja Ram with Dakha

Two days after Valmiki face Geja Ram was fielded by Congress from Jagraon, he was replaced with Malkit Singh Dakha, reportedly after MP Ravneet Bittu backed the latter. Dakha had threatened to contest as an Independent when Ram was given the ticket. Dakha fought assembly polls and won from Dakha in 1992 and 2002.
