Stuck in the same place

RAJAN KALIA, VIA EMAIL The write up by Ramachandra Guha (the U in UP stands for ungovernable, February 12) 2017 was interesting. In spite of being labelled a BIMARU state neither the SP nor the BSP have done any work to develop the state as compared to Bihar, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh who were also seen as underdeveloped many decades ago. The state has become synonymous with caste politics and corruption.
