Move from opaque to clear

In his column (New poll funding rule won’t work, February 12) Karan Thapar aptly analyses that the process of donations to the political parties is neither transparent nor properly audited. The parties have opposed the move to come under RTI . Exhaustive reforms are required to make the process transparent.
